This Spray Booth was installed by us in 2009 for
a medium sized insurance approved accident repair centre. It features
our latest generation of ‘Direct Fired and Self-Modulating
Gas Burners’ for responsive temperature optimization and the
lowest energy consumption.

32 Double Spray Booth with Baking Oven
Birmingham, West Midlands
This Spray Booth complex has been sited for a
number of years at a large insurance owned vehicle repair centre
capable of repairing up to 100 vehicles per week.
The facia panels and detailing are colour matched in keeping with
the Bodyshop’s profile.

25 Double Spray Booth with Paint Mixing Room
Bristol, Avon
An installation shown for a major prestige car manufacturer’s
PDI distribution and final inspection refinishing centre with the
highest standards of finish and attention to detail completed in
2008.

Commercial Spray Booth
Near Brighton, West Sussex
This large showcase Commercial Body Builders Centre was also completed
by our team of engineers at the end of 2008. It features our latest
technology in ‘Variable Frequency Drives’ preventing
power surges on start up and providing automatic pressure control
by adjusting the fan speed depending on the type of paint application.
This provides the correct control of air-flow and velocity for the
lowest possible energy use in this spray booth.

Barking and Dagenham, London
This major franchised main dealer chose an internal ramp facility
for ease of vehicular access, with a fully girded under floor extraction
system for improved downdraft with no extra ground works or excavation
required.
Conquer 20 Triple Spray Booth Complex
Near Edinburgh, Scotland
This large franchised main dealer and insurance approved accident
repair centre has the latest fully automated control panels in it's
Spray Booths for the lowest energy consumption,
ease of operation and scheduled filter changes.
Prestige 25 Spray Booth
Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
This independent and privately owned repair centre completed in
December 2006 by our team of engineers, features the latest adaptive
floor system to enable the vehicle to be positioned at optimum height
for all paint application processes.

Newcastle, Tyne and Wear
This Spray Booth features our Air-Blower
Wind System which improves both flash-off and cure times
by up to 60% providing an extra boost to air movement and evenly
increasing air velocity within the Spray Booth.
This is achieved through the ceiling filters which channel pre-filtered
cabin air through specially designed ductwork. The blowers shift
air velocity up to nine times faster than standard air flow and
distribute the amplified air through strategically placed nozzle
jets eliminating any low pressure boundaries.

Plymouth, Devon
Our customer here recently set up their own Bodyshop having been
in the trade for many years. Simplicity in cost, rapid installation
time with immediate use, low maintenance and overall running costs
were the main objectives. As all Nova Verta Spray Booths
are constructed to the same exacting standards with centrifugal
fans used throughout, our customer was more than happy to choose
Nova Verta for less than they imagined!

This Spray Booth complex has recently been commissioned
for a large major insurance vehicle repair centre. This state of
the art facility includes a suite of Nova Verta Spray Booths,
Ovens and Paint Mixing Rooms all designed with maximum throughput
in mind. With two side trolley and rail loading systems, two motorised
roller doors and six sets of main entrance and exit doors.

This recent installation of an Empress 20 Spray Booth
was a project based on simplicity in cost, rapid installation time,
low maintenance and minimal running costs. Nova Verta Spray
