Energy Saving Extra Modifications
Introducing NOVA VERTA's premium range of energy
efficient, ecologically friendly waterborne Spray Booths and finishing
solutions. Exclusively designed with new features to achieve faster
drying times, the lowest energy usage and, of course, the best quality
finishes in an ecologically responsible manner.
Air-Blowers
Consist of four powerful individual auxiliary sidewall units which
produce high velocity filtered air-turbulence. This minimises any
boundaries of low pressure and is proven to dramatically reduce
flash-off and drying times of all waterbourne and low-VOC solvent
based paints.
Eco-Control Panels
Integrated panels to carefully control air flow therefore providing
the maximum energy conservation. This is carried out by way of three
distinct levels of power operating modes including an ecologically
friendly economy cycle and shut-down feature.
Variable Frequency Drives
Preventing power surges on start-up and providing automatic pressure
control by adjusting the fan speed depending on the type of paint
application required. This only ever provides the correctly controlled
level of air-flow velocity for the lowest possible energy usage.
High-Efficiency Lighting
Perfect colour matching with independent high and low level options
and electronically efficient ballasts. Longlife lamps meet EC disposable
standards for non-hazardous waste.
